“Martel was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the bid process. Our HOA encompasses a large property including common spaces and 200+ homes requiring front and backyard maintenance. We were working with a very tight deadline, and Martel was able to deliver a competitive bid. We went back and forth several times to get us a comprehensive service plan that worked for us and got us what several board members wanted after the initial bid was sent. Simultaneously, we were also able to get a highly desired entrance enhancement contract signed, which was 1-2 weeks faster than they usually are able to promise. Again, both contracts were done in an expedited manner and Martel and team were able to stay responsive and get us exactly what we needed throughout the process.
