Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last Updated: April 9, 2026

Keller Commercial & Home Servicesrespects your privacy and your right to control how your personal information is used. This page explains how we handle the "sale" and "sharing" of personal information under applicable state privacy laws and how you can opt out.

Applicable Laws

Multiple state privacy laws grant consumers the right to opt out of certain uses of their personal information. These include, but are not limited to:

  • California— California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA)
  • Texas— Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA)
  • Virginia— Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA)
  • Colorado— Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)
  • Connecticut— Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA)
  • Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Tennessee, Indiana, and other states with enacted consumer data privacy legislation

We honor opt-out requests regardless of your state of residence.

What Information May Be "Sold" or "Shared"

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, under the broad legal definitions in laws like the CCPA, sharing personal information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing."

Specifically, the following activities may qualify:

  • Google Ads conversion tracking: when you arrive at our site from a Google ad, a click identifier (gclid) is captured and conversion events (form submissions, phone clicks) are sent to Google for ad measurement
  • Meta / Facebook Pixel: when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad, a click identifier (fbclid) is captured and lead events are sent to Meta for ad measurement
  • Google Analytics: usage data is shared with Google via Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for audience analytics and advertising features

These identifiers and events are used solely for ad performance measurement and are not used to build profiles for unrelated advertising.

How to Opt Out

You have several ways to opt out:

1. Cookie Consent Banner

When you visit our site, a cookie consent banner allows you to decline marketing and analytics cookies. You can also change your preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the website footer.

2. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

3. Contact Us Directly

You may submit an opt-out request by emailing us at info@kellerservicestx.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Information." Please include your name and email address so we can process your request.

4. Browser-Level Controls

You can also limit tracking through your browser settings:

What Happens After You Opt Out

  • Marketing and advertising cookies and pixels will be disabled
  • Google Ads and Facebook conversion tracking will stop firing
  • You may still see our ads on other platforms, but they will not be based on your activity on our website
  • Essential site functionality (forms, navigation, chat) will continue to work normally
  • We will continue to process your personal information for non-advertising purposes (fulfilling services, customer support, legal compliance) as described in our Privacy Policy

Additional Privacy Rights

In addition to opting out, you may have the right to access, delete, or correct your personal information. For a full description of your rights, please see Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
