  • Analytics and log data: aggregated data may be retained indefinitely; identifiable log data is deleted within 26 months
  • Session-level data (traffic attribution stored in sessionStorage): automatically cleared when you close your browser

7.3 Marketing & Advertising

Used to deliver relevant ads and measure campaign performance.

  • Google Ads (gclid)— conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager. We capture the Google Click ID from your URL and fire conversion events on form submissions and phone clicks.
  • Meta / Facebook Pixel (fbclid)— tracks conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads. We capture the Facebook Click ID and fire lead/contact events.

7.4 Functional / Session Storage

  • keller_traffic_source(sessionStorage) — stores traffic attribution data (UTM params, channel, landing page) for the duration of your browser session
  • Quote form progress(sessionStorage) — saves your multi-step quote form progress so you don't lose data if you navigate away
  • CTA dismissal(localStorage) — remembers if you dismissed the floating call-to-action for 24 hours

7.5 Managing Your Preferences

You may also configure your browser to block or delete cookies, though some site features may not function properly.
