Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers and preparing sales reports. Account Managers answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas while keeping our customers satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.

Landscape Labor Foreman

Mowing team members are responsible for mowing/string trimming edges on our commercial and residential properties. As well as cleaning all surfaces and beds of any grass debris to complete the job. Mowers must have some experience with Standard or Walk behind mowers, trimmers and blowers.  Responsible for helping keep trucks cleaned and organized daily and weekly. Driver’s License is not required, but preferred.

Landscape team members are responsible for helping with jobs from spring clean ups, plant/tree installations/leaf removals and many other landscaping duties. Experience with power tools is preferred, but not required. 

Irrigation Manager

Maintain regular communication with account managers to understand client’s needs. Complete irrigation work orders, plan the coordination of workers, supplies and materials, and equipment necessary and prepare job site as necessary. The irrigation manager also maintains warranty plans on all install and repair work completed. As necessary, perform hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands. Maintain and manage all required administrative systems, including but not limited to time sheets, job databases, and service schedules. Order materials as needed and monitor costs and deliveries

Production/Enhancement Manager

Complete landscape construction work orders. Plan the coordination of workers, supplies and materials, and equipment necessary and prepare job site as necessary. Maintain warranty plans on all install and repair work completed. As necessary, perform hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands. Maintain and manage all required administrative systems, including but not limited to time sheets, job databases, and service schedules. Order materials as needed and monitor costs and deliveries

Turf Chemical Applicator

 Apply chemical fertilizers, herbicide, and pesticides to lawn and weeds in a timely, efficient, and safe manner. Drive company vehicle to job site. Monitors condition of lawns or landscape to respond quickly and recommend solutions. Respond to customer requests in a timely manner. Complete customer work orders and daily paperwork. Properly maintain truck and equipment for safety and efficiency. Report any malfunctions in truck or equipment.

License: Pesticide applicator (Preferred)
